7. Life Phases

7.4.2 Assembly on the outer profile or the assembly plate

The application surface for fixing the outer profile with mounted assembly profile must be level. A full area
mounting on a stable substructure is required. Please observe the minimum screw-in depth.
For assembly, proceed as follows:
•
Insert the M8 fixing screws according to DIN 7991 or DIN EN ISO 10642 through the assembly
plate and screw together with the subsurface to a tightening torque of 15 Nm.

7.4.3 Assembly on the outer profile or the profile groove

For assembly, proceed as follows:
•
Swivel the sliding block -RF- (included in the scope of delivery) into the profile groove.
•
If desired, push the cover profile (included in the scope of delivery) into the profile groove. If
necessary, shorten the profile.
When fixing the respective components, it is essential to observe the recommended minimum screw-in
depths as well as the recommended tightening torque.
