1. Connect the red test lead to the VΩmAhFE jack, the black test
lead to the COM jack.
2. Set the rotary switch to the required measuring range V
If you are in any doubt about the measuring range, start with the
highest range and then reduce step by step until you find the
ideal range. If a reading appears on the display before the test
probes are connected to the device being tested, this is due to the
sensitivity of the measurement input, and is of no significance.
3. Connect the test probes to the device you are testing. Power
up the circuit. If "-" appears on the display, you have reversed the
polarity.
4. Now read off the measured voltage, and retain it if required with
the Hold button.
