5.5 Connecting the furnace with an
individual computer (optional)

▷ Make sure that the furnace is connected with
the computer via a network cable.
The factory-assigned IP address of the fur-
nace is 192.168.115.200. If this IP address is
no longer valid:
▷ Determine the current IP address of the
furnace (see Chapter 5.4.1).
If necessary, the IP address must be
released in the computer's firewall (see
operating system's manual).
▷ Adjust computer to correct IP address range as
required.

5.5.1 Setting up the furnace operation
Operation via browser
For operation of the furnace via Web inter-
face, your browser must be Java-capable
and Java must be activated.
▷ Start a Java-capable browser (e. g. Internet
Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) on the computer.
▷ Enter the specified or determined IP address in
the browser's address line (in the following
example "http://192.168.115.200") and press
Enter
.
