and evenly heat distribution.
2. The thickness of the base is larger than common pressure cookers, giving extra heat absorption.
3. The regulating pressure valve allows you to vary the pressure throughout the cooking process.
4. No steady steam release is required so you can cook with less water and without noise and smell.
