7 Music Group Playback
Only discs in the same group are played.
1. Select the Music Group Playback mode (MG-P) in the Function
Menu.
2. Select the desired Music Group.

Note:
• At first, the group of the disc playing is displayed. If the disc playing does not
belong to a group, "NO GROUP" is displayed.
3. Switch music group playback ON or OFF.

To cancel the Function Menu, press the BAND button.
Note:
• If there are no discs registered in the selected group, "MG EMPTY" is displayed.
7 Displaying Music Group
You can display the Music Group of the disc playing.
• Select the Music Group display.

Each press
changes the Display ...
Each press of the DISP button changes the display in the following order:
Playback mode (Elapsed play time) = Disc Title = Music Group
Note:
• During normal playback in the playback mode display, the elapsed play time is
displayed.
• When playing a disc that doesn't belong to a group, if you select Music Group
display, "NO GROUP" flashes for 8 seconds, and then the display goes blank.
