Recording to an SD card

Please refer to the chapter "Technical data" for
information on supported card sizes as well as fi le-
system and MP3 formats.
Using the SD Writer software (download from http://
www.kbl-support.de/software/software.html),
can add or delete audio fi les to the SD card for music
at your convenience. These tracks are played after
the corresponding source has been selected. The
number of fi les is limited by the storage capacity of
the SD card.
1. Insert the card into the computer.
2. Activate SD Writer and copy fi les onto the card.
3. Insert the card into the MP3 player.
4. Restart the device. To do so, pull out the main
plug and plug it in again. In this way, you make
sure that the MP3 player will identify the SD card.

The SD card must only be formatted
using FAT16!
•
Do not modify any fi les other than
those in the music MP3 player!

ants or solvents or other liquids that
contain alcohol.
CLEANING THE HOUSING

The plastic housing should be cleaned as needed.
•
Only use a cloth that has been dampened with a
mild soap solution to clean the surfaces of the
housing.

The cleaning solution must never get into the
housing.

Clean the melanin sensor before each use in the
presence of the customer.
•
Use only a common disinfecting cloth for cleaning.
•
The cleaning solution must never get into the me-
lanin sensor.
