Using the directory and other lists
Managing entries in the last number redial list
You can use the following menu functions:
(open the redial list);
s
(select function).
Automatic Redial
Display Number
Copy to Directory
Delete Entry
Delete List

Email directory

You store email addresses in the email directory. You can store a maximum of
200 entries in the directory, email directory and speed dial list together.
Email directory entries are managed in the same way as normal phone directory entries
(page 15).
Storing a new email address
Step 1: Open the email directory:

Step 2: Create an email entry:

(select s, ".", "@" or the predictive text function as required
text activated, press R once long and once short.
Step 3: Save an email entry:

When you have selected an entry, press the display key
address. Save as described.

Display available memory

The memory space is divided up between the directory, the speed dial list (page 14) and
the email directory (page 18). The available memory of all these lists is displayed.
