VCR type*
The System Sprite will need to be configured for the VCR being used. The options available are:
Time lapse
Standard Time lapse recorders (default).
Real time
Standard virtual real time recorders.
User defined
Allows the installer to specify non-standard Time lapse settings. Selection of this option will pop up an edit
screen which allows you to change the default time lapse (i.e. 3hr, 12hr, 24hr etc.) and the field delay (002,
005, 009 etc.) settings.
VCR record speed*
The record speed (Time lapse mode) on the multiplexer has to be adjusted to match that of the VCR.
This option provides a drop down list of popular Time lapse modes. Scroll to the required mode then select it by using the Left
or Right cursor key. If the required Time lapse mode is not available, then select and edit the User defined Time lapse modes
following the instructions above.
Alarm record speed*
The Alarm record speed (Time lapse mode) on the multiplexer has to be adjusted to match that of the VCR on alarm. Alarm
recording options should be configured in conjunction with the Alarm relay output. This switches the VCR on alarm to its alarm
time lapse mode. See page 18 for Relay R1 configuration details.
