3.In cold weather and when the engine is cold, turn the choke lever to
the CLOSED position.
NOTE:
Do not use the choke if the engine is warm or the air temperature is
high.
4.Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
5.Set the throttle lever midway between the SLOW and FAST
positions.
