CONTROL and CONNECTION ELEMENTS
Network - UDL 1 connection - (fig. 1)
Connect a 16A CEE plug to terminals L1, L2, L3 and PE.
The network connection to UDL 1 is to be made with a three-phase
main switch. (EN 1398).

Connection of the hydraulic motor (fig. 2)
The three-phase hydraulic motor is to be connected to the J5 /U,V,W
and PE terminals.
If the drive is equipped with a neutral conductor it must be connected
to terminal J3.

Ramp with folding end
The ramp valve is to be connected to the J10 screw terminals
(valv+ and GND).

Connection of the door locking sensor (fig.4)
The terminal block J6 (24V+, sens and GND) can be connected
with a door locking sensor.

Phase control
The 3 phases of the network line are controlled by UDL 1.
If phase 1 fails (fuse fault or short circuit), the hydraulic motor
automatically stops.
Direction of rotation control
After having connected the hydraulic motor, with the
button check the direction of rotation.
If once the button UP ramp is pressed the ramp does not move.
It is necessary to reverse the direction of rotation of the hydraulic
motor near the J5 terminal.

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION

Ramp control
With the button built into the cover
is raised in deadman mode.
The folding end opens in the upper end position.
When opening is completed, release the button.
Now the loading ramp automatically lowers up to the loading edge
of the coupled transport vehicle (floating position).
LED 1 and/or cover LED switch on.
Return of the ramp
For the loading ramp to return, always press the button
The return movement is executed in deadman mode.
