NOTE: Always remember to secure the child with the safety
!
harnesses fastened correctly. The straps should fit snugly,
and must not be twisted, and should hold the pelvis area (lap
belt) and the shoulders (torso belt) secure.
Adjusting the integral straps
The height of the shoulder straps should be adjusted as the
child grows. Check that the shoulder straps are at the right
height when the child is sitting in the seat correctly. They should
be slightly above the child's shoulders. DRIVE has 4 strap posi-
tions in this set-up, when the strap height is adjusted the head-
rest will move.
To change the strap height follow the steps below:
• Pull the lever found on the back of the backrest (4), this will
unlock the headrest position.
• Move the headrest (3) to the right position for the child and
release the lever. Move the headrest until you hear it click indi-
cating it is locked into place.
