Before
connected
• consult the wiring diagrams annexed to the cabinet
• make sure that the rating plate data matches the characteristics of the elec-
• check that power supply voltage is the one reported on the rating plate.
• remove all metallic objects worn: rings, watches, bracelets, earrings, etc.
• proceed with wiring
If the electrical supply is interrupted, the electrical equipment of the shop will not restart,
triggering the overload protection devices; modify the system to differentiate the enable-

15. Control and adjustment of the temperature
The cooling temperature is controlled by means of:
- digital solar-powered thermometer (Fig.11)
- the electronic controller (optional) (Fig.10): the controller is set in the factory during testing. To
change the set parameters, contact the manufacturer.
If the thermostat is powered by batteries:
- replace the discharged batteries with similar ones
- do not dispose of batteries in the environment
- consign the batteries to authorized collection centres
16. Cabinet loading
max allowed capacity evenly distributed of tray: 300 kg/m
max allowed capacity evenly distributed of shelves: 40 kg/m
max. allowed capacity evenly distributed on glass shelves: 40 kg/m
• arrange the goods in an orderly and uniform fashion
Remedy
• respect the loading line
• leave a 30 mm clearance between the goods and the top shelf
• introduce products already cooled at the required storage temperature
• load the cabinet so that the goods from a longer time is sold before the
• on bent shelves, always use retainers
DO NOT obstruct/impede the flow of cooled air
What to avoid
NEVER exceed the loading line
NEVER introduce heated products
DO NOT obstruct the area in front of the cabinet
DO NOT obstruct the inlet of cooled air with: goods, price tags, price holders,
