Replacing the Fuses

There are two fuses located in the power entry mode on
the rear of most units. To replace fuses:
1.
Turn the power switch to the OFF position and
pull the power cord out of the module.
2.
Fit a thin blade screwdriver under the bottom
portion of the fuse holder.
3.
Using a screwdriver, slide the fuse holder out of
the module.
4.
Replace the bad fuse(s).
5.
Slide the fuse holder back into the module until
it snaps into place.

Tightening Loose Belt Tension

For Cat # 13-247-10, 11, 12 and 13, perform the
following:
1.
Turn the power switch to the OFF position and
pull the power cord out of the module.
2.
Lay the incubator on its right side.
3.
Using a screwdriver, remove the screws, then
remove the chassis bottom.
4.
Using a 11/32 nut driver, loosen the two nuts
that hold motor bracket to the chassis.
5.
Slide the motor to the rear to tighten belt ten-
sion, then tighten nuts.
6.
Replace chassis bottom.
For Cat # 13-247-20, 21, 22, 23, 30, 31, 32 and 33,
perform the following;
1.
Turn the power switch to the OFF position and
pull the power cord out of the module.
2.
View the incubator from the rear.
