SUGGESTED SPARE PARTS TYPE 400BT OVENS
Following quantities for each oven:*
• One (1) kit of (6) heating elements No. 1257141 (240/480
volt models)
• One (1) kit of (6) heating elements No. 1257142 (380 volt
models)
*For quantities of ovens exceeding 10, we suggest providing approximately 20% more of the above quantities of spares as sufficient for day to day operation.
For overseas operation we suggest a minimum of 30% more for spares.
CONTROLLER PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS

The CAL 3300 Controller comes from the factory preset
for optimum performance. If for any reason the Factory
setting information is lost, Factory Programming instruc-
tions can be obtained from Phoenix International, Inc.
The following Instructions allow the operator to utilize
additional features of the controller. It is highly recom-
mended that this information only be provided to per-
sonnel in supervisory positions.
Security Lock
The controller comes from the factory in the locked
mode. To unlock the controller and gain access to the
program mode, Hold the 56 buttons simultaneously for
3 seconds. You are now in the program mode. Press
the 6 button once to go to level 1. Hold the Ý button
and press the 5 button twice to go to level 3. Press the
5 button eleven times. The display should now read
UEr. At this point hold the 56 buttons for 10 seconds.
The display should now read lock and blink to all. Hold
the Ý button and press the 6 button 3 times until the
display reads none. Hold the 56 buttons simultane-
ously for 3 seconds to exit the program mode. The con-
troller is now unlocked and the following programming
options can be made.
NOTE: To avoid accidental loss of controller information
and incorrect settings, it is recommended that the con-
troller be set in the lock position after any additional pro-
gramming.

models)
• One (1) Controller, kit No. 1257110
• One Thermocouple, No. 4303300
• One High Limit Control, No. 4312000
Set point Lock
Set desired temperature set point. Hold the 56 but-
tons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter the program
mode. The controller display should now read tune.
Press the 5 button seven times. The display should
now read SP.LK. and blink to off. Hold the Ý button
and press the 6 button once. The display should now
read on. Hold the 56 buttons simultaneously for 3
seconds to exit the program mode. The set point is now
locked and can not be changed without unlocking the
set point lock.
Select Display Units
Hold the 56 buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to
enter the program mode. Press the 6 button once.
The display should now read level 1. Hold the Ý button
and press the 5 button once to get to level 2. Press
the 5 button eleven times until the display reads unit
and blinks F. Hold the Ý button and press the 6 button
once. The display should now read C. Hold the 56
buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to exit the pro-
gram mode. The controller will now indicate tempera-
ture in degrees Celsius.
