TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Tool will not start.
Motor runs but blade does
not move.
Motor hums, blades do not
move.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery not installed properly.
Battery discharged.
Safety lock button not
actuated.
Pole connections not properly
tightened.
Blade is jammed.
gear is stripped.
Motor issue.

SOLUTION
Check the battery installation.
Fully charge the battery by
following the instructions in the
charger manual.
Press down the safety lock
button before engaging the
trigger.
Check the connections.
Check blade for debris.
replace blade assembly.
Call for technical service.
