• With the carpet layed over the conduit, align the v-notch with the conduit and mark
each edge of template (11g).
• Pull the carpet back, mark around the perimeter of the horseshoe template, move to
a surface that can be used for cutting with a utility knife, and cut out the horseshoe
shaped mark in the carpet. Replace the carpet back over the housing (11h).
• Push the cover down onto the housing pilot. A snapping sound will be apparent.
Keep pushing the cover down until the cover is tight against the carpet (11i).
