- When the gate is completely closed, position the head

bracket [9] in proximity to the attachment of the piston,
respecting the measurements [E] and [L]. Check that head
[9] and tail [8] brackets are perfectly level and secure the
head bracket [9] to the gate.
- Mount the piston on tail [8] and head brackets [9], tightly
screwing down the self-locking nut and lubricate the turning
points.

- Fit and secure the drive screw cover [13] on the drive screw
[14] by means of the screws provided [G].
NOTE: Ensure that the drive screw [14] is properly inserted
onto the screw cover head [13] .
- Move the gate by hand and check for smooth and free
movement throughout.

4. REVERSIBLE / IRREVERSIBLE PISTON
The Luxo3R piston is only available in the reversible version.
When the pivot [M] is inserted, the piston is reversible.
When the pivot [M] is removed, the piston becomes irrevers-
ible and the release can take place with the key only (see use
instructions).
ATTENTION: If, after removing the pin, you want to reinsert it
[M], you have to carry out this operation while the piston is in
motion.
N.B.: Use piston LUXO 5BH in irreversibile modality (without
pivot [M].
