5. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

The Luxo3R geared motor can be connected to electric panels
LogicA21 and LogicA22.
Note: In case of electric lock being installed, activate the elec-
tric lock release function.
The Luxo3B and Luxo5B geared motors can be connected to
electric panels E2, LogicA21 and LogicA22.
The Luxo5BH geared motor can be connected to the electric
panel LogicC22.
The electrical connections and the startup of the Luxo3B/3R
and Luxo5B/5BH geared motors are illustrated in fig. 5 and in
the installation manuals of the control panel E2, LogicA21,
LogicA22 and LogicC22.
Place the cover [10] back onto the gearbox connecting the earth
cable [J] to the gearbox itself.
(Fig. 5) To increase the protection of the motor cable, a flexible
Ø16 raceway may be used [N] and the associated Ø20 union
[P], not supplied by us.
Tighten the screw [F].
6. MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (each 6 month)
Power off 230 V~, and batteries (if present):
- Clean and lubricate, using neutral grease, the turning pins,
the hinges of the gate and the drive screw
- Check that fastening points are properly tightened.
Power on 230 V~, and batteries (if present):
- Check the power adjustments.
- Check the good operation of all command and safety func-
tions (photocells).
- Check the good operation of the release (only for irrevers-
ible piston).
- If the LogicC22 control panel is mounted, check for battery
continuity by powering off and performing several manoeu-
vres in sequence. Upon test completion, power back on
(230 V~).
