Unpack your fan and check the contents. You should have the following items:
1. Blades with blade arms pre-attached (3)
2. Fan assembly with downrod, coupler cover and canopy pre-attached
3. Extra 18" downrod
4. 4-speed wall control assembly - to be used with only one ceiling fan
5. Mounting plate assembly
NOTE: A REVERSING SWITCH IS FIXED WITH THE COUPLER.
