Water may
splash during
use.
Cause
Use a plunger to remove the blockage.
Close the water shutoff valve and then remove the blockage. Automatic
flushing may cause water to flow unintentionally and water to overflow
from the SpaLet bowl.
Do not flush large quantities of
toilet paper.
There may be a difference between
the water temperature and the
room temperature, which causes
condensation to form.
Urine may be dripping from the
SpaLet onto the floor.
This is not a malfunction.
When flushing the SpaLet, air is
also discharged with the water,
which causes the gurgling sound.
This is not a malfunction.
This is waste water dripping into the drain pipe under the floor.
The amount of water in the SpaLet bowl varies depending on the type of
SpaLet, such as siphon or gravity types.
Flushing requires water at a pressure sufficient to remove waste from the
bowl. Accordingly, splashing may occur because of the water flow.
This is caused by water in the
bowl. This design is required due
to the important role it plays in
preventing odors from the waste
drain and in preventing waste
sticking to the bowl.

Solution
Toilet paper does not completely
flush when a partial flush is used.
Use a full flush instead.
A full flush corresponds to
approximately 5 m/16-1/2 Ft. of toilet
paper.
Using a fan or opening a window
can reduce condensation.
Wipe the floor and see if the
problem recurs. If the floor is still
wet, disconnect the power plug
from the outlet and have the
SpaLet serviced.
If this continues for more than 2
seconds, it can be reduced by
installing a vent pipe or similar. .
Adjust your sitting position or place
toilet paper in the bowl before use.
