Refer to the following table to find the required number of shakes:

For preparations with a low fat content (minimum 30%) or if the consistency is too soft, shake again if
necessary.

Remove the charger holder, throw away the empty charger and insert a second iSi cream charger.
NOTE: There may be a slight hissing sound when unscrewing the charger holder for reasons that are
inherent to the system.

Screw on the charger holder (with charger inserted) to the device head until you hear all of the
contents of the charger release into the bottle.

Shake the device again as described in step 8.
NOTE:
The device requires 2 chargers per fill. This also applies if the filling amount is less than 1 L (one quart)

Unscrew the charger holder and dispose of the empty charger.
13.
Screw the cap onto the piercing unit thread.
14.
Attach the decorator tip to the nozzle adapter.
15.
Insert the nozzle adapter into the socket on the device head until it locks.
16.
Place the Thermo XPress Whip in the drip tray.
