1. Introduction

Tripp Lite's SmartOnline S3MX-Series Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is a Voltage and Frequency Independent (VFI) true on-line,
double-conversion 3-phase UPS system. This UPS continuously conditions the incoming electrical power supply, eliminating power
disturbances that will otherwise damage sensitive electronic devices and minimising system downtime from power fluctuations and
interruptions.
