Housing - CONTXTREAM-S
The housing mod. CONT X TREAM-S allows the location of the optional supply unit mod.
PW3 (3,4 A.) and of a 7 Ah 12V battery.

Fixation of the supply unit
The supply unit must be fixed onto the housing using the metal spacers (mother-screw), the bracket
and the screws given within.
- Fix the supply unit to the satellite housing using the screws given within before positioning the
satellite to the wall without tightening the screws too much; this to allow to take away the supply unit
afterwards.
Fixation of the electronic board
The electronic board must be fixed onto the housing using the metalspacers (mother-screw) and the
screws given within.
- Insert the mother-screws in the position shown in the picture as "fixation marks of the electronic
board" making a light pressure
- Position the electronic board on the spacers having the holes corresponding
- Tighten the screws paying attention not to touch the electronic components on the circuit
Anti-Tampering
All anti-tamper of the satellite housing must be connected to the Tamper input caring to install
correctly the anti-removal kit given within

Anti-removal installation
1. Drill the wall in correspondence of the hole on the bottom of the housing
which is going to receive the anti-removal
2. Insert the screw-dowel in the hole of the wall and screw the spacer
3. Insert the anti-removal onto the special hole on the bottom of the housing,
from outside
Fix firmly the housing to the wall, checking that the spacer screwed on the
screw-dowel presses on the spring of the anti-removal button.

In order to be in conformity to the security norm EN
60950-1, the fixation to the wall must be able to
support a weight of 40 kilos.
The housing is pre-set for the mounting of some
extension board.
The picture on the left shows the position where the
various AVS accessories can be placed.
Further to this, the fixation marks and the hole for
the anti-removal tamper and for the supply unit are
shown as well as the predisposition for fixing the
cables to the housing.
