Extraordinary maintenance:
Extraordinary maintenance operations must be performed by
qualified personnel trained to work on the machine referred to in this
manual.
Responsibility for installation operations:
The Manufacturer shall not be responsible for the equipment
installation operations. This is, and remains, the responsibility of the
installer who is in charge of executing the controls related to the
correctness of the proposed installation. In addition, all safety
regulations foreseen by the current laws in force in the state in which
the machine is installed must be respected.
Use:
In addition to the instructions contained in this manual, the use of the
machine is subject to all safety regulations outlined in the specific
laws in the Country where the machine is installed.

Directive 89/391/EEC "Concerning the implementation of
measures aimed at promoting the improvement of worker safety
and health at work"".
Directive 2006/42/EC "Regarding machines and amendments of
the Directive 95/16/EC".
Directive 85/374/EEC and Directive 1999/34/EC "Regarding
harmonization of the legislative, regulatory and administrative
provisions of the member States regarding liability for damage
caused by defective products".
