Installation and connection
4.1
Distances and tolerances for linear and
rotative applications
During assembly, make sure that the sensor head is
correctly positioned over the magnetic tape. The distances
and tolerances must be complied with to ensure the
correct function and linearity class of the system. A gap of
0.1 mm (approximately the thickness of a sheet of paper)
is recommended.
Body of revolution: The minimum diameter of
200 mm must not be fallen below.
BML-S1H...-M3FA must be calibrated with the
BAE PD-ML-010-02 (Configuration Tool incl.
programming adapter; see accessories). It is
strongly recommended that the BML-S1H..-
M3A/CA system is calibrated with the Tool.
