CHANGING THE INTAKE FILTER
DANGER: Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has
only ju st shut down; wait for the compressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
The intake filter must then be changed every 4000 working hours or ever
5 years.
To change the filter proceed as follows:
- release all the gas inside the compressor circuit;
- remove the screws (a);
- remove the filtration cartridge (b);
- replace the cartridge with a new one;
- replace the O-ring (c) every time the filter is changed;
- put the screw (a).

CONDENSATE DISCHARGE
DANGER: Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has
only ju st shut down; wait for the compressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
The condensate drain is used to depressurise the compression circuit so
that maintenance work can be carried out or the molecular sieve filter
cartridge replaced.
To drain the condensate:
- release any residual gas pressure in the compressor circuit;
- open the condensate drain valves (a);
- the condensate is collected in a can (b);
- close the condensate drain valves (a).
Condensate must be disposed of according to the instructions shown in
section "9.1 Waste disposal".
IMPORTANT: Every 5 years or ever 3000 hours it will be
necessary to change the separator body.

SUSTITUCIÓN DEL FILTRO DE ASPIRACIÓN
PELIGRO: No efectúe estas operaciones si acaba de apagar el
compresor, espere a que se enfríe.
Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento deben efectuarse
con el compresor apagado y la toma de corriente
desconectada de la red.
La sustitución del filtro de aspiración debe efectuarse cada 4000 horas de
uso del compresor o cada 5 año.
Para sustituir el filtro proceda tal y como se describe a continuación:
- descargar completamente el compresor del gas que se encuentra dentro
del circuito;
- quitar los tornillo (a);
- quitar el cartucho del filtro (b);
- sustituir el cartucho por uno nuevo;
- sustituya la empaquetadura de anillo (c) cada vez que cambia el filtro;
- ponga los tornillo (a).

DESCARGA DE LA CONDENSACIÓN
PELIGRO: No efectúe estas operaciones si acaba de apagar el
compresor, espere a que se enfríe.
Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento deben efectuarse
con el compresor apagado y la toma de corriente
desconectada de la red.
La descarga de la condensación sirve para despresurizar el circuito de
compresión a fin de efectuar trabajos de mantenimiento o la sustitución
del cartucho del filtro a Filtre a tamiz molecular tamiz molecular.
Para descargar la condensación:
- descargar completamente el gas residuo del circuito de presión del
compresor ;
- abrir las válvulas de descarga condensación (a) ;
- la condensación se recoge en un bidón (b) ;
- cerrar las válvulas de descarga condensación (a).
La condensación debe descargarse según las instrucciones recogidas en el
parágrafo "9.1 Vaciado de los deshechos".
