PURIFIER FILTER
DANGER: Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has
only just shut down; wait for the compressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
Depressurise the entire compressor circuit before carrying
out any maintenance tasks.
To depressurise the entire compressor circuit proceed as
follows in the section "7 - Maintenance".
ATTENTION: The filter cartridges (containing only molecular
sieve) must be replaced according to the data shown in the
table.
The filter cartridges must, in any case, be replaced if liquid
condensate is observed in the gas.
Use only molecular sieve cartridges; DO NOT use other types
of filter cartridges with different components.
DANGER: The filter cartridges must be of "FOR METHANE"
type. It is not allowed using filter cartridges for breathing air
or any other kind, because they would remove the smell of
methane itself, eventually causing clear danger.

WARNING: The cartridge replacement frequencies may vary
depending on the quality and humidity of the intake gas.
In the case of particularly humid and contaminated gases,
reduce the intervals for replacing the filter cartridges and/or
contact AEROTECNICA COLTRI.
IMPORTANT: If cartridges are renewed by replacing their
internal components it will be necessary to change the outer
covering every 10 renewals.
WARNING: The filtration cartridge are classified as special
waste: they must be disposed of in compliance with the anti-
pollution standards in force.
IMPORTANT: Every time the compressor is used the filtration
cartridge must be fitted inside the filter.
IMPORTANT: Every 5 years or ever 3000 hours it will be
necessary to change the filter body.
IMPORTANT: If the mains gas contains sulphur, it will be
necessary to install a special sulphur particle aspiration filter.

PELIGRO: No efectúe estas operaciones si acaba de apagar el
compresor, espere a que se enfríe.
Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento deben realizarse con
el compresor apagado y la toma de corriente desconectada
de la red.
Despresurice completamente el circuito del compresor antes
de realizar las operaciones de mantenimiento.
Para despresurice completamente el circuito del compresor
proceda siguiendo las operaciones descritas en el capítulo "7
- Mantenimiento"".
ATENCIÓN: los cartucho filtrante (que contiene sólo tamiz
molecular) debe ser sustituido según los datos que figuran
en la tabla.
En cualquier caso los cartucho filtrante debe ser reemplazados
cuando en el gas se noten condensaciones de líquidos.
Usar solo cartuchos de tamiz molecular; NO usar otros tipos
de cartuchos filtrantes con otros componentes.
PELIGRO: Los cartuchos de filtro debe ser de tipo "PARA
METANO". No está permitido el uso de cartuchos de filtro para
aire respirable o cualquier otro tipo, porque sería quitar el
olor del metano en sí, causando claro peligro.
ADVERTENCIA: Los intervalos de sustitución de los cartuchos
pueden variar dependiendo de la calidad y de la humedad del
gas en aspiración. En caso de gases especialmente húmedos
y contaminados reducir los intervalos de sustitución de los
cartuchos filtrantes y/o contactar AEROTECNICA COLTRI.
AVISO: Si se realiza la regeneración de los cartuchos mediante
la sustitución de los componentes internos, hay que cambiar
la envoltura externa cada 10 regeneraciones.
ATENCIÓN: Los cartucho filtrante usados se consideran
desechos especiales, por lo tanto deben eliminarse siguiendo
las normas anti-contaminación vigentes.
AVISO: Cada vez que utiliza el compresor, los filtros deben
contar en su interior con un cartucho filtrante.
AVISO: Cada 5 año o cada 3000 horas hay que cambiar el
cuerpo filter.
AVISO: Si el gas de la red de distribución contiene partículas
de azufre, es necesario instalar un filtro de aspiración
adecuado para partículas de azufre.
