Checkout:

1. Open the inlet valves and check for
any leaks.
2. Open the manual valve - water should
begin to flow and the blue light should
turn on.
3. After two seconds, tap the handle. The
water should turn off. Tap it a second
time and the water should turn back on.
4. Tap the spout, water should turn off. Tap
the spout a second time and the water
will turn back on.
5. Move the spout to several locations and
tap the spout and ensure the water turns
on and off.
6. Test the hands free feature by placing
your hands under the IR sensor. The
activation point should be within several
inches of the sink deck. Make sure you
present your hand directly in front.
(Do not start at bottom of sink and raise.)
7. Grasp the pullout, turn counterclockwise
30 degrees and pull down. Water should
turn on. Tap the spout to turn the water
on and off several times. Replace the
pulldown by reversing the order for
pulling it down. Water should turn off
when redocked.

Corrective Action:

a. Tighten plumbing connections.
b. Use plumber tape.
a. Blue light fails to light.
• Check battery orientation.
• Check battery pack is properly seated in
electronics box.
• Check AC power plug is fully inserted.
• Check all cables are fully inserted and in
their proper location in their electronics box.
b. Water does not flow.
• Check connections to solenoid valve.
• Check all connectors into electronics box.
c. Change modes to ensure HF is on.
Tapping the handle does not turn water on/off:
a. Tap durations are too long or too short -
watch user video.
b. Check the green ground cable is connected
to the hose at the inlets and the solenoid
zip wire.
c. Check that inlet pipes are at earth ground -
use digital multimeter.
d. Check cable connections to box.
a. Make sure that the cables are not tangled or
wrapped around the hoses.
b. Use cable mounts to attach cables to the wall.
IR activation is high:
a. Make sure no objects are directly below
the aerator.
b. Position the spout between the web
and drain hole.
c. Present the object by bringing in directly from
front of faucet (Do not start at the bottom of
sink and raise) - watch the user video.
d. Move the spout 1" - 2" left or right and repeat
height test - or place a cloth under the spout
on the sink to block any reflections.
e. Check for faucet leaning forward. Use stiffener
to prevent lean on stainless steel sinks.
f. Hands free does not work.
• Make sure the pull down is fully docked
• Make sure the Hands Free Is enabled
(Grasp and double tap the handle)
Make sure the hose is not tangled in the cables
or other items under the sink.
