Troubleshooting:

No response from a tap or in Hands Free mode:
• Batteries missing, incorrectly assembled or depleted.
• AC/DC transformer not plugged in, incorrectly assembled to control box or circuit is broken.
• Handle is in the off position.
• Solenoid leads are improperly assembled, see page 6 for details.
No response from a tap:
• Make sure handle is in the "on" position.
• Check for proper grounding - are "C" clips connected to grooves in hose nuts (see page 9).
• Check that the cables are plugged in to the proper receptacle. Cable connections are color
coded on the control box.
• Make sure the supplied inlet hoses were used and not stainless steel ones.
• Reset system by pressing reset button on control box.
• Make sure valve body is centered in the sink hole. The copper pipes must not be in direct
contact with metal sink.
• Check that inlet pipes are connected to earth ground - Use multimeter.
Unit cycles on and off and light indicator is blue:
• Touch spout to turn off water and allow Hands Free sensor to recalibrate.
• If problem still persists, move spout to a different position.
• Check for proper grounding
Hands Free sensing will not work:
• Make sure all cables are properly connected to the box.
• Reset the system by pressing reset button on the control box.
• Check for obstructions or build up on the IR sensor lens. Clean or remove obstruction.
• Make sure Hands Free option is not turned off. Press the "mode" button on the control box. Ascending tone
indicates HF is on, a descending tone the indicates HF is off. A blue light indicates Hands Free mode is on.
• Check for proper grounding.
• Make sure handle is in the "on" position.
• Make sure diverter button faces the back.
• Watch video for "How to Get the Best User Experience".
• If reset does not fix the issue then the problem may be in the pull down hall sensor and magnet
position. Call our technical support 1-877-345-2749.
The water will not turn on/off:
• Make sure diverter button faces the back of the faucet.
• Make sure the valve body is centered in sink hole. Copper pipes must not contact metal sink.
• Check for proper grounding.
• Power is not properly connected.
• Solenoid leads not connected.
• Solenoid leads are reversed. Solenoid black wire goes to (-).
• Move spout slightly to right or left if water does not turn off for Hands Free activation.
• Solenoid faulty - call our technical support 1-877-345-2749.
The system turns water on when it should be off and turns the water off when it should be on:
• Solenoid leads reversed. Reinstall leads in the proper position. See page 6 for details.
Sink is touch sensitive:
• Manual valve down tubes are contacting the sink. Loosen up the valve and reposition or reform the
tubes away from the sink.
• Make sure the sealing gasket was installed properly (see page 4 item 1).
Light Indicator is flashing red:
• Batteries are low. Replace with fresh batteries.
Touch operation or Hands Free operation is erratic:
• Turn the handle off. Push the reset button on the control box for 1 second and release.
After the beep turn the handle back on and wait 2 seconds.
• The tubes or mounting studs on valve body are contacting the sink. Loosen the bracket
holding the valve body down and center the tubes and mounting studs in the hole in the sink.
• Check for proper ground.
• Make sure the sealing gasket (see page 4 item 1) was installed properly.
• Check for excessive water leaking from valve. Call technical support 1-877-345-2749.
Low Flow:
• Make sure handle is in full on position.
• Check and clean screen located in the solenoid valve. See page 6 for screen location.
• Clean diverter by detaching and soaking in vinegar overnight.
• Check to make sure inlet hoses are not kinked.
• Ensure water stops are fully open.
