Meter is too cold
(below 50°F) to work
correctly.
There is a problem
with the meter.
Error message could
be caused either by
a used test strip or a
problem with the
meter.
What to do
Wait a few minutes and insert
a new test strip. If you do not
get another
TEMPERATURE ERROR
message, the meter is now
within the operating range.
Do Not use the meter.
Contact Customer Service.
Repeat the test with a new test
strip; see pages 24–27. If this
message continues to appear,
contact Customer Service.
