NESTLÉ PHILIPPINES, INC., hereby
guarantees this product up to one year as
of the purchase date against any defect in
manufacture, materials or accessories. During
this period NESTLÉ PHILIPPINES, INC. will
repair or replace at no charge to the consumer,
any defective component of the product,
including labor and the product's corresponding
transport expenses, within our service network,
regarding the defects covered and claimed
under this guarantee.
The product or parts replaced will be
guaranteed for a period equivalent to the
original guarantee period which has not yet
expired or for a period of 6 months. This
guarantee does not cover imperfections in the
product caused by accidents or events beyond
the control of the manufacturer, importer or
distributor or by wear and tear or modification
by commercial use of the product.
The guarantee is not applicable when the
product has not been used under normal
conditions or operated in accordance with the
accompanying user instructions, or when it
has been modified or repaired by third parties
outside NESTLÉ PHILIPPINES, INC.
To make this guarantee effective, the product
and the policy (duly filled in and stamped by
the vendor establishment) should be presented
along with the original receipt of purchase by
calling NESTLÉ Consumer Services (898-
0061). This policy renders null and void any
other guarantee mentioned in the instructions
or packaging. This guarantee is only valid in the
Philippines.
