- Any work at heights is risky; only individuals with perfect
health and in good physical condition should work at heights
and confront any emergency situations.
- This equipment is a vital safety instrument; any incorrect use
can cause mortal danger to the user in case of a fall.
- Please note that in a fall-arrest system, only an EN361-
compliant fall-arrest harness may be used for gripping a body.
- These fall arrest harnesses are not suitable for work in
suspension (risk of orthostatic shock).
- Lateral attachment D rings of the belt are intended for work
positioning (ref NUS55C) and must not be used for fall arrest.
A belt should not be used if there is a foreseeable risk that the
user will be suspended or exposed to uncontrolled tension by
the belt. It may be necessary to supplement work positioning
or restraint systems with fall protection devices of a collective
(e. g. safety net) or individual type (fall arrest systems according
to EN 363).

a single user.
- Only a person who is trained and competent, or one who is

DESCRIPTION (#2 - #2B1 - #2B2):
These fall-arrest harnesses are classified as personal protective
equipment (PPE) for falling from heights, and are compliant
with the EN 361:2002 standard.
When a work positioning belt is integrated to a harness (ref
NUS55C) it complies to standard EN358:2018 to ensure a
restraint work position and prevent a fall.
Their configuration and the range of several sizes (#3) guarantee
good comfort of use and maximum safety. This full body
harnesses (including work positioning belt) are manufactured
using 44 mm wide polyester straps, sewed to each other and
connected by metal fastening and adjustment buckles.
The fall-arrest hooking points are identified by a marker "A"
(Dorsal hooking points and sternum hooking point). Any
ring that is not identified as "A" cannot be used as a fall-arrest
hooking point.
If the harness integrates a work positioning belt, the lateral
attachment points (#1-13) without identification are intended
only for work positioning (#2-B2 EN 358 : 2018).
WEARING THE HARNESS (#4):
1 : Hold the harness by its dorsal hooking point and disentangle
the straps if required.
2 : Slip on the shoulder straps one after the other, like a jacket,
without twisting the straps.
3 : Buckle and adjust the chest strap as appropriate (#5.1).
4 and 5 : Buckle and adjust each leg strap after positioning
them at the crotch (#5.1).
6 : Adjust the tightness of the shoulder straps using the
shoulder strap tensioning buckle (#5.2).
(Fastening flat buckles #5.1) & (Shoulder strap adjustment
buckles #5.2) :
1. Lengthen
2. Shorten
7 : For the model including a work positioning belt (ref NUS55C)
fasten and adjust the belt adjusting strap.
The full body harness with belt is correctly adjusted if :
- All of the straps are correctly adjusted (neither too tight nor
too loose), they do not cross each other and are not twisted.
- The dorsal hooking ring is correctly positioned in line with the
shoulder blades.
- The chest strap is correctly positioned in the middle of the
chest.
- The ends of all of the straps are held in the elastic strap loops.
VERIFICATIONS :
- If there is any doubt on the reliability of the equipment, do
not use it without getting the written authorisation of a person
who is authorised to decide on its reuse.
- When setting up the fall-arrest system with other safety
components, verify the compatibility of each of the
components and ensure that all of the recommendations in the
