instructions by adults.

pose a suffocation hazard!
• We advise pregnant women against using this product.

INTENDED USE
• The Yoga foam roller is intended for private use and is not
suitable for medical, therapeutic or commercial purposes.
• The Yoga foam roller is intended for physical regeneration and is
a perfect tool for simply and effectively massaging muscle fascia
(fibrous connective tissue covering muscles; especially tendons,
ligaments, capsules and aponeurosis) and trigger zones.
• Especially suitable for use with lower limbs, upper and lower
back, as well as for stabilizing the whole torso.
• The hard inner roller allows for core workouts, during which the
full body weight rests on the Yoga foam roller.
• The pressure on the roller can be varied by supporting the body
with your arms.
• Applications: After waking up, for warming up before exercise,
for muscle relaxation after exercise or a long working day.
MAINTENANCE
• Regularly clean the Yoga foam roller with a slightly damp cloth.
In case of heavy staining, use a mild cleaning agent (e.g.
detergent) or soapy water.
• Let the Yoga foam roller dry completely after cleaning.
• Do not use any oils (e.g. massage oil) together with the Yoga
foam roller.
