Rubi XP general instructions
WARNING :
Do not make any changes to the Rubi XP
whatsoever, as this could lead to unsafe situations.
1. You are personally responsible for the safety of your
child at all times.
2. Never hold your child on your lap when driving.
3. The Rubi XP is intended for car use only.
4. The Rubi XP is developed for an intensive use of
approximately 10 years.

5. We advise to check the expanded polystyrene
(EPS) parts regularly for damages.
6. Do not use second hand products unless you know the
history of the product. Some parts could be broken,
torn or missing.
7. Replace the Rubi XP when it has been subject to the
severe forces of an accident: the safety of your child
can no longer be guaranteed.
8. Read this instruction manual carefully.
Rubi XP in the car
WARNING :
Correct fitting of the car seat belt is
essential for the safety of your child. The car seat belt
must be installed following the red parts of the Rubi XP.
NEVER fit the car seat belt in a way other than described.
WARNING :
The Rubi XP must only be installed in the
car in a forward-facing position.
WARNING :
Remove the headrest of the seat where
the Rubi XP is to be used in the car if it is in the way.
Do not forget to put the headrest back when the seat is
used again.
1. Use the Rubi XP only on a forward-facing seat that is
fitted with an automatic or static 3-point belt that has
been approved according to the ECE R16 standard or
similar. Do NOT use a 2-point belt.
2. Verify that the car seat can be installed properly in
your car before purchasing it.
