Intended use

Perimeter Plus™ - An advanced technology foam mattress that
Perimeter Plus™ VE - Foam mattress incorporates visco-elastic foam as a
top comfort layer. By combining the standard features of the Perimeter Plus
mattress with a visco-elastic topper the Perimeter Plus VE mattress is a
premier choice for high-performance, pressure-reducing mattresses.

Indications

TheraRest MRS family of products is indicated for the early intervention and
prevention of pressure ulcers on low-risk patients.

Transfer – Precaution should be taken during patient transfer, including the
locking of caster wheels.
