- Press the needle bushing HK0810B/8x12x10 (1) (included) into the ignition
cover (2) (included).
When pressing in, ensure that the ignition cover rests flat on the surface.
Otherwise, the cover may break.
- Press the needle bushing HK3016B/30x37x16 (3) (included) into the freewheel
gear (4) (included).
- Clean the sealing areas (5).
Oil all gear wheels with engine oil before installing.
- Position the freewheel gear (4) (included).
- Insert the bearing pin (6) (included).
- Position the starter idler gear (7) (included).
- Position the rotor (8).
NOTE:
To make it easier to mount the rotor, turn the freewheel gear clockwise.
- Mount the rotor screw (9) (70Nm).
The thread is oiled with engine oil. Degrease the cone.
- Mount the new ignition cover gasket (10) (included).
- Position the starter (11) (included).
