Ziptec.
Important instructions
Before using measurement devices is essential to carefully read the operation
manual, especially the items that relate to security. It is important to resolve all
doubts as to whether the use of equipment to increase the durability of the
equipment or to prevent damage to the user's physical integrity.

General Care
• Never use the Ziptec for measurements in grid home.
• Use only the cables that come with the devices.
• Know that the test apparatus must be connected only to grounded outlets and
protected.
• If using extension care to have security contacts.
• Cables with damaged insulation should be replaced.
• Whenever possible, the tests and adjustments must be made with the ignition
off and the engine stopped.
• Every time you make interventions in the electrical system of the vehicle, do it
with the ignition off. For example, connecting test equipment to replace
components of the ignition system components connect to a test bench, etc..
• First connect the Ziptec to engine ground or battery. Only then turn on the
ignition.
• If the test or adjustment is done with the ignition on or engine running, careful
not to bump into parts carrying voltage.
• Use only appropriate connecting elements when making test connections.
• You must make a good match plug test.
• You should never open the housing of the apparatus.
