It is used to measure the freezing point of
cooling systems based on ethylene and propy-
lene glycol and of cleaning liquid, as well as
for checking the strength of the electrolytic so-
lutions of batteries. It is also appropriate to de-
termine the urea content in fuel deposits by
using reducing agents (AdBlue, EcoBlue). Ca-
libration is made with distilled water.
