Quick method
No need to drill anchor holes
An additional method of securing the
rig (chain, rope, brace or support)
must be used for wall and ceiling
applications.
The vacuum baseplate alone is not
suitable for overhead drilling applica-
tions.
Caution: The drilling system must not
be operated before the rig has been
secured rigidly in position!

1. Tighten the levelling screws in dia-
gonal sequence until the baseplate
stands rigidily and securely.

The drilling rig is most stable when the
anchor is positioned at the front end of
the anchor slot (closest to column).
Recommended distance from anchor
to hole centre - approx. 315 mm
Raise the levelling screws before posi-
tioning the baseplate.

Before positioning the vacuum base-
plate, raise the levelling screws and
check the seal for damage.
