6.7.- Electronic Programming Guide (EPG)

The DTR 728701 receives and stores information on the current TV and
Radio channels. This information includes a detailed timetable for the next
programming. This guide is very easy to use, as it shows all the information
on screen.
This guide supplies information on: program number, program name, date
and time (beginning and end) of broadcast.
Using the TV/RADIO button, you can change from TV to Radio lists.
Press the EPG button while you are tuned in to TV or Radio channels,
and you will access the Electronic Programming Guide (EPG).
The EPG will appear basically configured in three parts.
A list is shown on the left with the name and number of the
programmes. Using the PR+/PR- keys, it is possible to change from one
programme to another. On changing the programme, the information
shown is updated.
Immediately to the right, the current date and time are shown, as well as
the name of the current event and the next, with their respective
broadcast times. By using the PR+/PR- keys, it is possible to move
between one event and another.
A list is shown in the bottom part with all of the events and their times in
a daily format. By using the -
backwards on the time line. By clicking OK on an event, this will form
part of the "Booked List". The receiver will automatically show the
events from the list in hourly order.
Press key 1 on the EPG window to access the "Booked List".
To navigate through the different broadcast days and times, use the
-
,
+
, PR+ or PR-. keys. If you require more detailed information on a
specific event, access the "Details" sub-menu by pressing the 3 key. By
pressing key 1 you will see this description in an extended or concise
format.
Press key 2 consecutively to cycle between one window and another.
Finally, at the bottom of this screen will appear the options allowed by
this menu.
The information contained in the guide comes with the signals provided
by the supplier. In the event that a program does not contain data for
guide information, the legend "No Information" will appear on screen.
Press the EXIT or MENU buttons to leave EPG and directly access the
selected channel.
Notes:
- To receive the broadcast timetables correctly on the guide, you must first make the reference adjustment of YOUR LOCAL
TIME with reference to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or adjust directly by entering your current time in the "Region and
Time" option.
- When we define the time by using the GMT option, the time which will appear on screen is that provided by the supplier,
so these data may sometimes appear as incorrect for certain programs.
