G • Remove the six guardrails and the finish post from the
track.
• Pull out and lift both edges of one end of the bridge to
release it from the curved track.
• Pull out and lift both edges of the other end of the bridge
to release it from the other curved track.

Mattel U.K., Ltd., P.O. Box 100, North West Industrial Estate, Mill

that the Radio-Control Raceway is free from all defects in material
and workmanship when used under normal conditions for a period
of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Should the product fail to perform properly, we will repair or replace
it at our option, free of charge. Purchaser is responsible
for shipping the product to the Product Service Department at the
address indicated above and for all associated freight and
insurance cost. Mattel U.K. Ltd. will bear the cost of shipping the
repaired or replaced item to you. This warranty is void if the owner
repairs or modifies the product. This warranty excludes any
liability other than that expressly stated above including but not lim-
ited to any incidental or consequential damages.

Solution
• Replace car batteries
with new "AA" (LR6)
alkaline batteries.
• Replace car batteries
with new "AA" (LR6)
alkaline batteries
and/or the transmitter
battery with a new
9-volt (6LR61)
alkaline battery.
• Remove the car
batteries and replace
in correct orientation,
as shown inside the
battery compartment.
• Remove the
controller battery and
replace in correct
orientation, as shown
on the battery
compartment door.
• Clean battery
terminals.
• Slide the On/Off
switch to "ON"
(under the car)
and press the start
button (top of the car).
• Change your location.
• Move away from other
radio devices.
• Point the transmitter
antenna upward.
• Move the transmitter
closer to the car
(within 2.4 meters for
best results).
• Replace car batteries
with new "AA" (LR6)
alkaline batteries
and/or the controller
battery with a new
9-volt (6LR61)
alkaline battery.
• Wipe the track surface
and the car tires with
a damp cloth.
