IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE

INSTALLATION
- ATTENTION -
FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PEOPLE IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW ALL THE
INSTRUCTIONS.
An incorrect installation or use of the product may lead to serious damage to people.
Carefully read the instructions before starting the product installation.
The packaging materials (plastic, polystyrene, etc.) must not be left within reach of
children as they are potential sources of danger.
Keep the instructions for future reference.
This product has been designed and built exclusively to be used as indicated in
this document. Any other used that is not explicitly indicated could compromise the
product integrity and/or represent a source of danger.
Before starting the installation, check the product integrity. Do not install the product
in explosive environments and atmospheres: the presence of flammable gases or
fumes represents a serious danger for safety. Before installing the motors, make
all the structural changes related to safety clearances and to the protection or
segregation of all the areas in which there is risk of being crushed, cut or dragged,
and danger areas in general.
Make sure the existing structure is up to standard in terms of strength and stability.
The motor manufacturer is not responsible for failure to use Good Working Methods
when building the frames to be motorised or for any deformation occurring during
use. The safety devices must be installed taking into account: the regulations and
directives in force, Good Working Methods, the installation area, the operation logic
of the system and the forces developed by the motorised door.
Apply the hazard area notices required by applicable regulations.
Each installation must clearly show the identification details of the motorised door.
KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS WITH CARE
1° - Install a thermal magnetic switch (omnipolar, with a minimum contact opening of
3 mm) before the control board, in case this is not provided with it. The switch
shall be guaranteed by a mark of compliance with international standards. Such
a device must be protected against accidental reactivations (e.g. Installing it
inside the control panel key locked container).
2° - As far as the cable section and the cable kind are concerned, RIB suggests
to use an H05RN-F cable, with a minimum section of 1,5 mm

UNA INCORRECTA INSTALACIÓN PUEDE CAUSAR GRAVES DAÑOS
Una incorrecta instalación o un incorrecto uso del producto puede ocasionar serios
daños a las personas.
Leer atentamente las instrucciones antes de comenzar la instalación del producto.
Los materiales del embalaje (plástico, poliestireno, etc.) no deben dejarse al alcance
de los niños, ya que representan una fuente de peligro potencial.
Conservar las instrucciones para futuras consultas.
Este producto ha sido diseñado y fabricado exclusivamente para el uso indicado en
este documento. Cualquier otro uso no expresamente indicado podría perjudicar la
integridad del producto y/o representar una fuente de peligro.
Antes de comenzar la instalación, controlar la integridad del producto. No instalar
el producto en ambientes y atmósferas explosivas: la presencia de gas o humos
inflamables constituye un grave peligro para la seguridad. Antes de instalar el motor,
efectuar todas las modificaciones estructurales correspondientes a la realización
de los límites de seguridad y a la protección o aislamiento de todas las zonas de
aplastamiento, cercenadura, arrastre y peligro en general.
Controlar que la estructura existente cuente con los requisitos necesarios de solidez
y estabilidad.
El fabricante del motor no se hace responsable por el incumplimiento de la Buena
Técnica en la fabricación de los marcos a motorizar, y tampoco de las deformaciones
que se presentaran durante el uso. Los dispositivos de seguridad (fotocélulas, bordes
sensibles, paradas de emergencia, etc.) deben instalarse teniendo en cuenta: las
normativas y directivas vigentes, los criterios de la Buena Técnica, el ámbito de
instalación, la lógica de funcionamiento del sistema y las fuerzas desarrolladas por
la puerta motorizada.
Aplicar las indicaciones previstas por las normas vigentes para identificar las zonas
peligrosas.
Toda instalación debe tener visible la indicación de los datos de identificación de la
puerta motorizada.
