MAINTENANCE
This operator is designed to reduce maintenance tasks to the absolute minimum.
It is, however, advisable to perform preventive maintenance at intervals decided in
accordance with the traffic intensity and, in any event, at least once every six months. This
type of maintenance serves to substantially increase the working life and perfect operation
of the automatic door.
Specifically, check:
- that the transmission belt is correctly tensioned (maximum deflection along its entire
length must never be greater than 1 cm with respect to the relative theoretical straight
line).
- that the track and wheels are perfectly clean; note that to ensure these parts remain clean
do not apply any type of lubricant under any circumstances.
- the condition of anchorage of the crosspiece to its the support.
- that the electrical cables are not obstructing the normal sliding movement of the door
leaves.
- the mechanical fastening of all the suspension parts, with particular reference to the bolts
anchoring the door leaves to the trolleys.
- for the presence of traces of humidity inside the operator; if detected, immediately take
the necessary measures to avoid direct contact with the installed electrical and electronic
equipment.
- the efficiency of the batteries, if installed.
- cleanliness of the photocells and the radars; clean the photocell lenses to remove all
traces of dust.
With regard to maintenance of the door, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions,
bearing in mind that for perfect operation of the automatic door the following conditions
TROUBLE SHOOTING
The door does not open.
The door does not close.
The door does not close completely and inverts.
After programming, the door does not open.
The motor does not rotate.
FAULT
must be satisfied:
- the door must be suitably sturdy and resistant to distortion to withstand the stresses
transmitted by the door automation system.
- if there is a window in the door, the glazing must be perfectly secured and must not
oscillate during movement of the door panel.
- the lower guide channel must be able to side perfectly freely over the guide shoe.
- the guide show must be securely fixed to the floor with no trace of oscillating movement.
Failure to observe the above specifications will have a negative effect on the
correct operation and working life of the door automation.
Check the presence of the mains voltage.
Check the state of the F1 (T 1.6 A) fuse and replace if necessary.
Check the setting of the multifunction selector, it must be on
OPENING).
Check that the red LEDs placed under the PHOTO, STOP and PHOTO RAL terminals are
turned on.
Check the setting of the multifunction selector, it must be on
OPENING).
Check that there are no obstacles in the work area of the radar sensors or the photocells.
Check that the red LEDs placed under the PHOTO, STOP and PHOTO RAL terminals are
turned on.
Check that the green LEDs placed under the OPEN, R INT and R EXT terminals are turned off.
If they are switched on, one of the controls is faulty: replace it.
Phototest enabled in absence of photocells.
Lack of connection to terminal 8 (-FT) supplying power to the safety devices must be
monitored.
Consult the safety device connection manual.
Increase the Y parameter by using the programmer.
Check the setting of the multifunction selector, it must be on
