BELT ADJUSTMENT

- Loosen screws (a).
- Unscrew locking nut (c).
- Tighten screw (b) until the belt optimal
tension.
- Block locking nut (c) again.
ATTENTION:
incorrect belt adjustment impairs
the automation correct operation.
INSTALLATION OF ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE IN CENTRAL POSITION (ACG9454)
- Place the leaves in closure position.
- Fix the electric lock to the box with screws
(c).
- Align the lock pin (a) in the holes of brackets
(b) and (d).
ATTENTION:
manually check the correct
operation.
MANUAL RELEASE INSTRUCTION
In the event of emergency, maintenance or malfunctioning, insert the key, turn it as shown
in the figure 11 (unlock) and move the leaves manually.
To block the leaves again, perform the contrary operation (lock).
ATTENTION:
Unlock / lock while the automation is stopped.
