7.2 Analog interface 0 – 10V
• The analog interface allows to send OUT actual sample
temperature.
• For wiring details of the SUB-D connector refer to draw-
ing.
• Data sent OUT: 0 °C = 1 V; every 100 °C = 1 V
Caution:
Do not use but the wires shown to avoid malfunction of your interface.

Error messages and remedy
If one of the errors stipulated below is found, the microprocessor turns the MR 3003 control to OFF.
TRIAC and relay are disconnected by the relay, the heating circuit enters stand-by mode, the error mes-
sage appears in the display, and is confirmed by a beep.
Possible error messages:
F2
Hot plate temperature more than 360 °C
F3
Pt 100 in the hot plate are found beyond logical readings
F4
Difference between Pt100 and hot plate exceeds 30 K
F5
Set1 mode: difference between both of the Pt 1000 exceeds 10 K
F6
Set1 mode: sample temperature overshoot by more than ∆T
F7
Triac broken
F8
Set1; Set2 or Set3 mode once detected has been changed during operation
Set1 mode, Set2 mode: Pt 1000 disconnected or poor contact
Set3 mode: Pt 1000 connected
F10
Processor failure
Turning the power switch ON/OFF will delete all error messages
If error messages F2 to F7 and F10 appear repeatedly, we recommend to have
a skilled technician inspect your item.
