WARRANTY

IKOS – Heating Technologies, Lda. warrants that this equipment complies with all the norms

and constructive requirements.
IKOS guarantees 5 year for the structure and welded body of the stove and 2 years for all the
other components.
Are excluded from the warranty quick wear components as glass, paint, sealing materials,
igniter components, interior cast iron burner, the plate and flame deflectors.
IKOS warranty will be avoided in any case bad use of the stove is verified or when the installation
does not comply with what is recommended in this manual. The warranty will also be avoided
in cases that the pellets used are not certified or low quality, also when the stove is repaired,
or handled by persons not authorized by IKOS.
The installation of the stove should be executed by authorized personal that assume the
responsibility of the installation and the good operation of the machine. In cases where that is
not verified no responsibility will be assumed by IKOS.
IKOS ensures that all its equipments are manufactured with quality materials and building
technics that guarantee maximum efficiency.
The warranty is exclusive of the equipment, not covering the displacement, disassemble and
new assemblage in other place.
Its mandatory to make a test of operation before completing the installation such as masonry,
decorative elements, painting, connections, etc.
All costs supported by IKOS relatively to complains in warranty that are not justified, will be
imputed to the complainer.
Warranty is valid in the following conditions:
The stove was installed by specialized technicians in accordance with national and european
laws, rules, regulations, local building rules and with instructions of this manual.
Have the buying invoice/documentation where is the serial number of the stove.
The stove is used according with the manual supplied with it.
The warranty certificate should be filled and signed. It must have the name of the authorized
seller, model, name of the buyer, serial number and installation date.
In case any failure occurs in the specified time frame indicated above after the date of purchase,
this fact will be verified with the invoice and the warranty certificate properly filled with the buyer
name, model, serial number and amount payed. The required documents should be in good
