4. Storage and Maintenance
The end of the expected storage life for factory sealed and properly stored gas
and combined filters is marked on the filter. If after opening, gas or combined
filters are to be used again, they must be properly stored, e.g. inside a plastic bag
in clean ambient air. They must be replaced at the latest 6 months after their
initial opening. The storage life for factory sealed and properly stored MSA
particle filters is 10 years.
