DONNING THE RESPIRATOR FOR INITIAL USE AND DROP DOWN MODE

1. Open the lever (see Figure 1).
2. Adjust head cradle, if necessary, and place on your head. Then put the facepiece in place
(see Figure 2).
3. Hold the respirator in place with one hand and pull both front straps down until the mask fits
snugly (see Figure 3).
4. Close the lever (see Figure 4).
5. Connect the buckles at the nape of your neck (see Figure 5).
6. Pull both straps at the nape of your neck for a tight and comfortable fit (see Figure 6).

Unsnap and remove the yoke.
Remove the buckles (see BUCKLE REPLACEMENT section).
Lift the yoke lever. Pull the head cradle from the yoke until the loose
ends of both straps are free of the yoke.
Install the head harness. Feed the elastic straps through the yoke as
shown. Reattach the buckles.
With the lever closed, fix each elastic strap under the tabs on the
yoke.
