• Make sure the hand mixer is not connected to the wall outlet and the speed
control (1) is set to the 0 (OFF) position.
• Insert the desired attachment (see the table below for reference).
• Fill the ingredients you want to mix into a bowl.
• Connect the power plug (5) to a suitable wall outlet.
• Set the speed control (1) to a desired speed to switch on the appliance. note: Start
at speed 1 and gradually increase to a higher speed, as needed.
• Thoroughly mix the ingredients.
• When mixing is finished, set the speed control (1) back to the 0 (OFF) position and
unplug the power plug (5) from the wall outlet.
note: The mixer is equipped with a burst button (2). By pressing and holding the burst
button (2) down at any speed, you can add additional power.
Warning: Do not use the burst button (2) for more than two minutes at a time, otherwise
the motor may overheat.
