Cleaning

Your headphones may require periodic cleaning.
StayHear® + QC® tips: Remove the tips from the earbuds and wash them with a mild
detergent and water. Make sure you thoroughly rinse and dry the tips before
attaching them to the earbuds.
Headphone nozzles: Clean only with a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent. Never insert
any cleaning tool into the nozzle.
Cleaning the neckband: Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents
or detergents.

Replacement parts and accessories can be ordered through Bose® customer service.
